VETERAN WOMEN: LIFE AFTER THE MILITARY

The stories of Women Veterans, particularly women veterans of color are oftentimes left unheard. Sometimes when stories are lost, the support and community that comes along with sharing those stories with others oftentimes gets lost as well. As a part of our new Veterans In Focus programming, BE! @ CI is kicking off a new partnership with S.A.F.E, (Saving Another Female Enlistee) a nonprofit committed to working with organizations and groups to increase the awareness and challenges of women veterans. Together our organizations will work to further the support, connection to resources, and access to safe spaces for women veterans. 

During this event, discover new resources and hear the stories and experiences of 4 veteran women of color who are committed to sharing their stories and experiences in support of current and future generations of women who serve.
