About the Event

Join us for a Free Virtual event in support of the Get Fit & Be Healthy Initiative, a partnership with B.BLYSS! and The Be! Agency. During this event, you will hear from Janine Moore, Kris Calmese, and Chef Eric Paul Meredith and we will be asking them the question, is COVID-19 telling us something about our health, habits, diet, and immune systems?

Janine Moore of FitLife Revolution -  Coach J has played and coached Division I women’s basketball. She has worked in athletic administration and served as a high school health and fitness coach. Her passion lies in helping others meet and exceed their wellness goals while improving their quality of life and sense of wellbeing.

As a health coach, she helps her clients implement healthy habits that lead to sustainable change. She provides proven strategies that help her clients breakthrough barriers to success and keep them motivated on their journey. 

She loves being out in nature, dancing, cooking healthy meals, traveling, reading, yoga, meditation, qigong, running and lifting weights.

Kris Calmese of is a fitness trainer who believes that a healthy lifestyle begins with the pursuit of a strong, hydrated, nourished, well adapted and fit body. His aim is to help his clients to identify their fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits their needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. Their holistic approaches to fitness and health will have his clients feeling how their best.

We intentionally practice the science of proprioception as the foundation and source of all athletic activity.

Eric Paul Meredith is a classically trained chef, Registered Dietitian, and Certified Personal Trainer. Over the last ten years, Chef Eric Paul has worked with thousands of individuals and groups and established himself as an expert in nutrition education and health promotion.  His unique talents have been featured on ABC, CBS, ESPN, FOX, and WGN.  He recently launched Afro Vegan, which is an online learning community that gives people of African descent the education, tools, and support they need to transition to a plant-based lifestyle.
